The Brief

Our client in the banking sector sought our training service for its middle-level executives across its different branches in Togo, Ghana, Angola, Cameroon and other African countries. Held onsite in Togo with a focus on business continuity, the training objectives were centred around ensuring proper stakeholder engagement and uninterrupted strategic communication during internal, local and global disruptions.

Solution

Our team carried out a preliminary audience analysis of the attendees, including job roles and background, to ensure that training materials were well-tailored and practical to the audience. Training materials were also designed in collaboration with other facilitators across the week-long training on business continuity to harmonise the learning experience.

Result

High-level engagement during practical sessions. Post-training survey revealed a 90% positive impact from the training delivered and proposed knowledge application to the attendees’ operational and strategic roles.
