Government: Capacity Building

The Brief

Upon recommendation, the media office of the First Lady in one of the South Western States in Nigeria had contacted us to teach over 200 female students digital entrepreneurship and communications in a digital world.

Using the story of our founder and four other brilliant female entrepreneurs, we taught the students practical principles in starting a business, accessing global opportunities using social networking sites and digital learning platforms.

Over 70% of the students remain in touch with us, ensuring we are able to continuously mentor them. About 15% of students were inspired to apply to study communications at undergraduate level. Our module during the annual bootcamp was retained due to the participants’ positive review and impact assessment post-training.
