The Brief

The client had negative news mentions on pages 1 and 2 of Google, which significantly impacted their business development activities with prospective international clients.


After due consultation with external counsel provided by the client, we commenced a content audit to track all sites where negative news mentions were hosted and effectively managed media stakeholders to tell positive stories about the organisation and client.


Within 4 weeks, the client reported that new engagements with prospective clients had 90% better outcomes after digital footprints were investigated. During this period, the client successfully expanded its service to an additional continent as strategic partners were eager to close deals.
