Financial Services: National Product Launch

The Brief

The client was looking to launch a financial product within a keenly competitive market. Similar products were already available and adopted in the market, and thus required strong storytelling to distinguish it from competitors.

Solution

We provided complete corporate communications and vendor onboarding content, from website to product profiles, flyers, FAQs and content translation services. With our strong marketing knowledge, we advised on using marginal profit above competitors as a tool to onboard vendors, as well as going to other states in Nigeria where product adoption was significantly low. We provided extensive research support to determine the phased product launch.

Results

Our creative storytelling angles earned the client media features in major national newspapers, particularly the ones with significant presence in each state the product was planned to be launched. Vendor onboarding was fast tracked by up to 75% compared to competitors, based on easy to use content provided on the client’s platforms. The Client Services Teams also recorded a decrease of up to 55% in the number of enquiries when directed to the FAQ page.
